Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read all product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mama.rooted1@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit if applicable.

 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of order errors or confirmed damage during shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
